GBIF Helpdesk
The helpdesk is available 9-17 GMT+1 on weekdays. It can be reached
via the following ways:
GBIF helpdesk answers all questions related to the use of information and
communication technologies in the GBIF network and processes related requests.
Examples of these services include the following:
- Appointments to various GBIF committee roles
- CIRCA services
- Emailing lists
- User accounts and passwords
- How to find documents
- How to participate in discussions
GBIF helpdesk also appreciates suggestions on how GBIF tools and services
could be improved.
Requests sent to the GBIF helpdesk are acknowledged immediately when staff
is available to handle them. If the reply cannot be given right away, a
ticket number will be issued, and the case will be followed up until solved.
